Kia ora, my name is Scott and I currently live in the South Pacific, among a collection of islands, that make up the nation of New Zealand.

I also live with my wife, my dog, and two unmatured clones of myself; aka UMC1 and UMC2.

I’m a student of pop culture, science and history, among many other things. The objective of my blog is discuss topics that make me happy or angry, correct misinformation and misconceptions about society, but also celebrate the extraordinary things that make life on this planet so remarkable.
